The Winter league is for swimmers from 10 years and under to Open with each age group swimming all four strokes and medley relays at the end, and as its name suggests is swum from September till December each year.

Over the years the league has shrunk from three division each with nine clubs to one division with thirteen clubs taking part. 1st, 2nd and 3rd Medals are given to the winning teams and also to the winning relay teams in each division. The league consists of four matches for each club, so that every club swims every other club once during the year.
